H2AC16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-222P, RNU6-1077P, and SNRPGP8. Each is linked with H2AC16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC16-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-222P grouped by H2AC16-low versus H2AC16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
