H2AC16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,560 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC17, H1-5, and H2BC13. Each is linked with H2AC16 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC16-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AC16 versus H2AC17 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
