H2AC15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 501 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Regulation of protein kinase A signaling, and Positive regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with H2AC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC15-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination grouped by H2AC15-low versus H2AC15-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
