H2AC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,551 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S89, MCM2_S139, and MKI67_S2528. Each is linked with H2AC14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC14-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AC14 versus DDX21_S89 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
