H2AC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC61GP1, MIR3135B, and RNA5SP492. Each is linked with H2AC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC14-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC61GP1 grouped by H2AC14-low versus H2AC14-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
