H2AC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,105 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC14, H2AC16, and H4C11. Each is linked with H2AC14 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC14-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AC14 versus H2BC14 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
