H2AC10P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC10P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,047 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC10P-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3C8, H2AC11, and H2BC8. Each is linked with H2AC10P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC10P-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC10P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC10P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC10P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
