H2AC10P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H2AC10P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,940 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC10P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle process, Positive regulation of chromosome segregation, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with H2AC10P in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC10P-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC10P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC10P→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC10P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
