H2AC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H2AC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H2AC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A6E, SERPINA9, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with H2AC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H2AC1-to-partner and partner-to-H2AC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H2AC1 versus MS4A6E in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H2AC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→H2AC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
