Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, H1-5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible H1-5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-147P, IGFBP2, and KLRD1. Each is linked with H1-5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H1-5-to-partner and partner-to-H1-5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H1-5→partner) and Y-score (partner→H1-5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
