Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, H1-10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated H1-10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher H1-10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated H1-10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where H1-10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
