Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GZMM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GZMM data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GZMM Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GZMM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where GZMM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
