GZMK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GZMK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,695 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GZMK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGDIB, and PLEK. Each is linked with GZMK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GZMK-to-partner and partner-to-GZMK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GZMK versus ARHGAP45 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GZMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GZMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
