GZMK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GZMK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,305 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GZMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY9, FCRL3, and SP140. Each is linked with GZMK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GZMK-to-partner and partner-to-GZMK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GZMK versus LY9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GZMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GZMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
