GZMK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GZMK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GZMK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01683, CIDECP1, and ARPC4. Each is linked with GZMK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GZMK-to-partner and partner-to-GZMK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01683 grouped by GZMK-low versus GZMK-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GZMK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GZMK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
