GZMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GZMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GZMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAS1LP1, ATP6V1G1P4, and MRTO4. Each is linked with GZMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GZMB-to-partner and partner-to-GZMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAS1LP1 grouped by GZMB-low versus GZMB-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GZMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GZMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
