GZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,510 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, CD1A, and OR5J2. Each is linked with GZF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GZF1-to-partner and partner-to-GZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by GZF1-low versus GZF1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
