GYS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUP1, KSR1, and VANGL2. Each is linked with GYS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS2-to-partner and partner-to-GYS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUP1 grouped by GYS2-low versus GYS2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
