GYS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,835 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GYS1_S412, HK2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with GYS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS1-to-partner and partner-to-GYS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYS1 versus GYS1_S412 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
