Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,598 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GYS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENO2, CXCL8, and ERO1A. Each is linked with GYS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS1-to-partner and partner-to-GYS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYS1 versus ENO2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
