GYS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, RAD51, and MRPL37. Each is linked with GYS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS1-to-partner and partner-to-GYS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by GYS1-low versus GYS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
