Across TCGA cell cohorts, GYS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,009 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Negative regulation of interleukin-4 production, and Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with GYS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYS1-to-partner and partner-to-GYS1 results are reported.
