GYPB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,151 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYPA, FREM3, and GUSBP5. Each is linked with GYPB in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPB-to-partner and partner-to-GYPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYPB versus GYPA in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
