GYPB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYPB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 436 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYPB-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBPP1, CXCL1P1, and RNA5SP410. Each is linked with GYPB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYPB-to-partner and partner-to-GYPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBPP1 grouped by GYPB-low versus GYPB-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
