Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GYG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP468, PHF5A, and CINP. Each is linked with GYG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG2-to-partner and partner-to-GYG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP468 grouped by GYG2-low versus GYG2-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
