GYG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with GYG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG2-to-partner and partner-to-GYG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by GYG2-low versus GYG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
