Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,514 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Obsolete cellular response to extracellular stimulus, and Protein quality control for misfolded or incompletely synthesized proteins. Each is linked with GYG1P3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1P3-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1P3 results are reported.
