Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,628 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYCARD, CAPN5, and TIMM9. Each is linked with GYG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1 results are reported.
