GYG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,829 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, IL10RA, and BIN2. Each is linked with GYG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GYG1 versus PIK3CG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
