GYG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-378P, RNU6-591P, and MIR629. Each is linked with GYG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-378P grouped by GYG1-low versus GYG1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GYG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GYG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
