Across TCGA patient cohorts, GYG1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem and Class-switched memory B-cells. Each is linked with GYG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1 results are reported.
