Across TCGA cell cohorts, GYG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,207 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GYG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosomal DNA methylation maintenance following DNA replication, Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, and Melanosome organization. Each is linked with GYG1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GYG1-to-partner and partner-to-GYG1 results are reported.
