GXYLT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GXYLT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GXYLT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4G, and MEK1. Each is linked with GXYLT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GXYLT2-to-partner and partner-to-GXYLT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by GXYLT2-low versus GXYLT2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GXYLT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GXYLT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
