The most reproducible GXYLT1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Developmental growth involved in morphogenesis, Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery, and Regulation of dendritic spine development. Each is linked with GXYLT1P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GXYLT1P2-to-partner and partner-to-GXYLT1P2 results are reported.
