Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GUSBP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GUSBP3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher GUSBP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GUSBP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where GUSBP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
