Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,305 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUSB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BET1, CAPN5, and PTPN12. Each is linked with GUSB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUSB-to-partner and partner-to-GUSB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GUSB versus BET1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
