GUSB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUSB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,181 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC11A1, CDADC1, and LRRTM2. Each is linked with GUSB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUSB-to-partner and partner-to-GUSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GUSB versus SLC11A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
