GULP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GULP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GULP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, ZG16, and TMEM132C. Each is linked with GULP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GULP1-to-partner and partner-to-GULP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by GULP1-low versus GULP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GULP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GULP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
