Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GUCY1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,382 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GUCY1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP9, LINC02663, and PRAG1. Each is linked with GUCY1A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCY1A2-to-partner and partner-to-GUCY1A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP9 grouped by GUCY1A2-low versus GUCY1A2-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCY1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCY1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
