GUCD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GUCD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GUCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFHR2, SLC32A1, and ITIH6. Each is linked with GUCD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GUCD1-to-partner and partner-to-GUCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFHR2 grouped by GUCD1-low versus GUCD1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GUCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GUCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
