Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GUCA1C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GUCA1C data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GUCA1C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GUCA1C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, LUAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where GUCA1C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
