Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GUCA1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GUCA1B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GUCA1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GUCA1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where GUCA1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
