GTSF1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTSF1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,113 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTSF1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to protozoan, B cell mediated immunity, and B cell differentiation. Each is linked with GTSF1L in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTSF1L-to-partner and partner-to-GTSF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to protozoan grouped by GTSF1L-low versus GTSF1L-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTSF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTSF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
