GTSF1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTSF1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTSF1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, RNA5SP396, and RNU6-1060P. Each is linked with GTSF1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTSF1L-to-partner and partner-to-GTSF1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by GTSF1L-low versus GTSF1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTSF1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTSF1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
