GTSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, CD8+ naive T-cells, and Macrophages M2. Each is linked with GTSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTSF1-to-partner and partner-to-GTSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GMP grouped by GTSF1-low versus GTSF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
