Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTSE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,492 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTSE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear division, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and Mitotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with GTSE1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTSE1-to-partner and partner-to-GTSE1 results are reported.
