GTPBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GTPBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,290 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GTPBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL14P, MBD3L3, and IMP3P2. Each is linked with GTPBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL14P grouped by GTPBP2-low versus GTPBP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GTPBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GTPBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
