Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTPBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,756 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTPBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with GTPBP2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP2-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macroautophagy grouped by GTPBP2-low versus GTPBP2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
