Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GTPBP10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GTPBP10 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GTPBP10 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GTPBP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where GTPBP10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
