Across TCGA cell cohorts, GTPBP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,942 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GTPBP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis, Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly, and Mitochondrial RNA modification. Each is linked with GTPBP10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GTPBP10-to-partner and partner-to-GTPBP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA dihydrouridine synthesis grouped by GTPBP10-low versus GTPBP10-high in KIDNEY.
